The role of Human Resource Management in developing sustainable business organizations is increasingly becoming the way forward.
How ready are we in country and/or region and how can we position ourselves to be ready as practitioners and organizations? Are we ready yet?

What some had to say about the 2017 HR Forum:

“I found the forum incredibly insightful as I am relatively new to L&D. My organization is also new to L&D in general, only being established in 2008. Though I am aware of the major L&D initiatives in general, I was astounded at the lengths that organizations such as Berjaya have gone to improve employee retention, and engagement. It is inspiring to see so many dedicated HR professionals who are passionate about their role and shared their experience with the attendees. I am certainly looking forward to the next HR Forum”

“It was a great platform of merging academic professionals in HR with extremely experienced HR practitioners.  The sharing and connecting of HR practices with solid examples was simply one of a kind!”

“I was amazed by the sharing of experience of the HR Director of Arvato Systems and her journey of managing the challenges faced, testing and rolling out great initiatives to engage its employees.  Definitely most encouraging and inspiring for me to emulate in my organization!”
