PeopleKeys® combines DISC Personality Style, TEAMS Thinking Style and Workplace Values assessments into one report which enable you to gain insight into 3 dimensions of one’s personality: behaviour, motivators, and thought. It will provide you with in-depth information about one’s behavior, motivation, decision-making, and natural tendencies in thought and communication when working with others. It is available online and is widely used in hiring, team building, and leadership development.

What is DISC?

The DISC Personality Assessment is a validated and reliable behavioral assessment, which allows us to identify one’s environmental preferences, predictable behaviors, communication tendencies, motivators, and more. This assessment is most often applied in the areas of hiring, team building, leadership development, and incorporating DISC into everyday corporate culture for increased communication and efficiency amongst co-workers. This assessment identifies four traits, present at some level within everyone’s personality. These four quadrants are:

  • Dominance
  • Influence
  • Steadiness
  • Compliance

 

What is TEAMS?

The TEAMS Thinking Style Assessment gauges 5 identifiable thinking styles, which compose the most effective team. This assessment is intended for individuals and is not a group culture report. However, by assessing the thinking styles of everyone within a team, you can see if you are lacking in any areas or have too many of one style dominating the process. This can be an excellent team building activity or exercise for increasing productivity. The five team’s styles are:

  • Theorist
  • Executor
  • Analyst
  • Manager
  • Strategist

 

What is Values?

This Workplace Values Assessment identifies one’s internal motivators, which directly influence our decision making on a daily basis, whether we are aware of it or not. By identifying one’s internal motivators and values styles, you can better understand and predict one’s decision making tendencies, as well as what is important to a person at the core. The four values styles are:

  • Personal Freedom
  • Equality
  • Justice
  • Loyalty
