With the objective to help participants reach goals and increase workplace collaboration, this learning program is designed to enable individuals to firstly focus on the impact of managing emotions and developing self-awareness, and then developing skills to build resilience, improve social skills and empathy.

 

Participants will utilize the highly validated EQ-i 2.0 assessment to understand their own level of emotional intelligence, allowing them to identify patterns and gain clarity on their strengths and opportunities that lie ahead.  They will also be able to practically formulate actionable strategies to support their personal development journey.

Meet Ashley Grandisch

Ashley is a globally Credentialed ICF Professional Coach, PCC level. She is adept in facilitating workshops related to leadership development, building one’s mindfulness, resilience & EQ in the corporate environment, developing individual & team trust and building leadership coaching skills. She is a certified assessor in the EQi 2.0®, The Harrison Assessment, and in the Reina Trust Building® Consultancy tools. She incorporates mindfulness and uses her certification with the Himalayan International Institute of Yoga Science & Philosophy and it’s Yoga Teacher Training Program in her practical work, transforming individuals and teams through a holistic and authentic way.
