Workplace Big Five Profile™ 4.0 (coefficient alpha of .83) has the highest reliability among all assessments. It is currently used by Center for Creative Leadership in their Flagship Leadership Development Programs and is also rated Top 10 preferred assessment by Forbes Coaches Council, USA.

The WorkPlace Big Five Profile™ 4.0 personality assessment is based on the Five-Factor Model of Personality, the current best-practices standard for psychologists. A typical assessment contains 107 questions online to be completed in 10-15 minutes. The assessment will reveal an individual’s 5 personality supertraits and 23 subtraits that explain work-related behaviors found in day-to-day encounters with co-workers, employees, managers and colleagues.

The DISC Personality System and PeopleKeys® developed by Institutional for Motivational Living (USA) are valid and reliable profiling tools approved by the American Psychological Association (APA). With over 35 years of market experience and product success, this personality system allows practitioners such as us to identify one’s environmental preferences, predictable behaviors, communication tendencies, motivators, and more. Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ)

The Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire™ measures a broad range of leadership types from passive leaders to leaders who give contingent rewards to followers, and leaders who transform their followers into becoming leaders themselves. The MLQ identifies the characteristics of a transformational leader and helps individuals discover how they measure up in their own eyes and in the eyes of those with whom they work. Success can be measured through a retesting program to track changes in leadership style.

The MLQ 360 is composed of two forms: the Leader Form (36 items) and the Rater Form (45 items). It is a multi-rater form, meaning that it analyzes the leader's self-assessment alongside how superiors, peers, subordinates, and others perceive their leadership behaviors. The MLQ 360 measures transformational leadership, transactional leadership, passive/avoidant behaviors, and outcomes of leadership.

Learning Agility
